Terms and Conditions for Digital and Paper Map Edition

Automatic Addition and Provided Information

Establishments listed on the Samui Weed Map website are automatically added to the paper map. A marker is placed on the map at the location provided on the website with the name of the store, which can be reduced or modified by Samui Weed Map.

Selection of Listed Stores

For the section of store listings on the map, Samui Weed Map selects a list of stores. The information contained in the listing is those available on the website for each store.

Modifications and Content Liability

Samui Weed Map reserves the right to make any modifications to the information without seeking prior approval from the stores and disclaims any liability regarding the published content. In case of data errors, it is the responsibility of the stores to contact us for correction. Any modification will only be effective on the paper map from the next edition following these modifications. Samui Weed Map is not responsible for any errors that may remain in the data.

Complimentary Service and Opt-Out Option

This service is offered free of charge. A store can request not to be featured on the paper map.

Claims and Corrections

For any claim regarding an error or for any correction request, stores must directly address Samui Weed Map. Corrections will be made accordingly and will be reflected in the following edition of the paper map.

Map Data Retrieval and Edition Frequency

During the creation of the map, Samui Weed Map retrieves information from the website as of a specified cut-off date. As a result, establishments registered on the website after this date will not be reflected on the current edition of the map, leading to potential discrepancies between the map content and the website content. A new edition of the map is produced every four months. Therefore, modifications to the map’s content will only be implemented in each subsequent edition, ensuring that the most recent information from the website is integrated.

Publication and Delivery Dates

The publication dates of the map and the commencement of deliveries are closely tied to the production timelines of our printer. Due to the variability in the printer’s workload, these dates may be subject to change without prior notice. While we strive to adhere as closely as possible to the announced dates, typically within a few days’ accuracy, Samui Weed Map cannot be held responsible for any potential delays in the publication or delivery of the maps. Furthermore, it is important to note that a delay in these dates, for whatever reason, does not entitle the customer to any form of refund, whether partial or full, from Samui Weed Map. We appreciate the understanding and flexibility of our business partners in this matter and commit to proactively communicating any potential changes as soon as possible.

Compliance with Thai Laws

All content provided by the store representative must comply with all applicable laws of Thailand. It is the sole responsibility of the store owner to ensure that the submitted content does not violate any local, state, or national laws. Any content found to be in violation may result in the removal of the listing and potential legal actions.
